How We Work

Two important things we want you to know:

1. We want to give you the very best service possible.
2. We love a challenge.

You can either choose one of our more standard items, or we can make something totally unique and custom-designed. It's definitely time to think out of the [gift] box!

The first step  is to contact us to choose the type of gift you want and the words you want to inscribe – up to ten words or symbols in or English or any other language you want.

We'll get right back to you with some questions and suggestions to help you get the perfect gift. If it's a gift from our regular range, you'll be able to choose the shape, edging, lettering and type of wood you prefer.

If you're interested in a one-off custom-design, we'll start the design process by asking you some questions to make sure we really understand your request and take it from there.

After we all agree on the idea for the design, we create a computer image of your order and show it to you for your approval. Once you confirm the order, we will create your special gift.

Note: every piece of wood is different, so no two pieces are exactly the same. For this reason also, the finished item will not be exactly the same as the computer-generated image.
